What is Macho Culture on the construction sites?
Macho culture on the construction sites includes bad jargon, social norms, and excluding behavior. Macho attitudes and behaviors also allow employers to push workers to take greater risks and ignore occupational health and safety rules.
WHO WE ARE
BWI Stop Macho Culture Campaign Network brings together BWI affiliates to ensure that both women and men share common values regarding elimination of any forms of discrimination, gender-based violence and harassment.
